Cold cabinets collect condensation, condensation collects dust, and dust settles on contacts until one of them fails. A cabinet heater breaks that chain by keeping the inside above the dew point, so moisture never forms in the first place.
The PTC element self-limits: as it heats, resistance rises, so the element cannot overheat and needs no external thermostat for basic protection. DJR-F moves 100W to 500W with forced circulation, while the CZ4060 runs on DC12V to 48V where mains is absent, and the DJR comb plate radiates heat with no fan for small enclosures. All mount on DIN rail and ship with a three-year warranty.

Choose the AC aluminum fan heater DJR-F in 100W to 500W for ring main units and outdoor switchgear.

Yes. The CZ4060 takes DC12V/24V/48V directly from the cabinet DC bus with no conversion losses, and the PTC element stays stable through input fluctuation.
No. The PTC element self-limits: resistance rises with temperature and caps the element temperature automatically, so no external thermostat is required for basic protection.
All models mount on a 35mm DIN rail with optional screw fixing. Horizontal or vertical mounting both work inside a cabinet.
A practical rule is 50-100W per 100 liters of cabinet volume. Double it for outdoor or high-temperature-differential installations.
